Role Description

Manage complex schedules and communications of the CEO office.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional schedule for CEO, including agendas, email, phone calls, client management and calendar management.
• Hands on experience in Market Research and analysis, technical know-how.
• Manage Travel Arrangements including accommodations and transportation
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all matters.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.

Qualification

MBA

Excellent in advanced Excel and communication skills.
