Our sales channels include online, retail, B2B, and mobile housing complex units. 🎯 Role Overview As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as the strategic right hand , helping drive cross-functional execution, performance monitoring, stakeholder communication, and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about sustainability, business transformation, and inclusive growth . 🛠️ Key Responsibilities 🚀 Strategic & Business Planning Assist the CEO in translating vision into quarterly OKRs and business plans Support market and financial analysis, board presentations, and decision-making materials Track key KPIs across sales, procurement, finance, and operations 🧩 Operational Support Monitor execution of strategic initiatives (new channels, dragon fruit processing, etc.) Manage critical projects and ensure interdepartmental alignment Coordinate review meetings with top managers and prepare MoMs and trackers 💬 Communication & Stakeholder Management Liaise with Mukti NGO board, CSR partners, clients, and government liaisons on behalf of CEO Draft proposals, pitch decks, newsletters, and formal reports Support fundraising, CSR empanelment’s, and institutional outreach Liaison with sales, operation, store, marketing, finance and human resource team for implementations of strategic decisions. 📈 Data & Insights Consolidate and interpret sales, COGS, margin, and customer data Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to flag bottlenecks and highlight growth areas Prepare dashboards and reports for CEO and Board-level review ✅ Who You Are MBA from a reputed institute (e.g., IIMs, XLRI, XIMB, TISS, IRMA, etc.) 3–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, FMCG, agritech, ecommerce, or social enterprise Strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace Bias for action, high ownership, and ability to work with ambiguity Interest in sustainability, food systems, and rural development is a strong plus Fluent in English, Hindi; Bengali preferred (not mandatory) 💰 Compensation & Benefits Competitive CTC based on experience and capabilities Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive real social impact Fast-track career path toward business leadership or sectoral specialization (e.g., FMCG, Agri Supply Chain, Social Enterprise) 📩 To Apply: Send your resume and a short Statement of Purpose (why you're interested) to: 📧 Debabrata.halder@muktiweb.org | Subject: Application – Executive Assistant to CEO
