As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Next Bharat Ventures, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and enhancing the company's mission to advance the Next Billion in India. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, facilitating communication between the CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the seamless execution of strategic and administrative tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as the CEO's office, investment team, and programs teams. Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing events will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion are key components of this position. Your ability to adapt to changes, demonstrate patience, and take proactive steps in follow-ups will be highly valued. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, showcasing strong administrative and time management skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for effective communication within the organization and with external partners. While not mandatory, knowledge of the Japanese language and culture would be considered a bonus. Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO of a startup or a partner at Big 3 Consulting companies will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, along with a proactive approach to tasks, will contribute to your success in this role.,
