EA to CEO

Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Next Bharat Ventures, you will play a crucial role in supporting impact entrepreneurs who are dedicated to making a substantial difference in India. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth execution of strategic and administrative tasks, and managing the CEOs calendar, meetings, travel, and events. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and emails, and maintaining confidentiality with discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Be a strategic partner to the CEO - Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders - Ensure smooth execution of strategic and administrative tasks - Work with cross functional teams (CEOs office, investment team, programs teams) - Manage and optimize the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, travel, and events - Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Tolerance for ambiguity and bias for action Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role - Strong administrative and time management skills - Strong written and spoken English - Bonus Points: - Knowledge of Japanese language and culture - Experience as an EA to CEO of a startup or EA to partner at Big 3 Consulting companies - Good and prompt communication skills internally and externally,
