Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, located in Ahmedabad. The EA will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, supporting the CEO, managing expense reports, and handling diary management. The EA will also undertake administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO's office.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing expense reports
• Proficiency in diary management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
