Job Description : Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Draft and review communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate between departments, ensuring timely and efficient flow of information.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.

• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations and logistics within the data center.

• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic projects and initiatives. • Act as the primary liaison for the CEO’s office, both internally and externally.

• Provide research support on industry trends, competitor analysis, and operational improvements in the data center sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technical or data center-related field.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management tools.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.

• Discretion in managing confidential and sensitive information.

• Understanding of data center operations and industry standards is a plus.
