highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless communication.
• Partner with functional heads (R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to streamline communication flow and operational coordination
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes with attention to detail.
• Track strategic projects, business priorities, and regulatory documentation.
• Handle confidential information and executive communications with discretion.
• Support the CEO in business reviews, board meetings, and partner engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.

• 5–10 years

  of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in IVD, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern collaboration tools.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
