Job Summary

Seeking a skilled

Team Lead

to manage the end-to-end development of e-learning modules using

Articulate Storyline/Rise

. You'll lead a team of instructional designers, visual designers, and QA specialists to deliver high-quality, SCORM-compliant content on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the e-learning design team.
  • Oversee content planning, storyboard review, design, and QA.
  • Ensure alignment with instructional goals, branding, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Coordinate with SMEs, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines, team workload, and delivery of 150+ modules/month.
  • Drive quality assurance and process improvements.
  • Support LMS integration and SCORM/xAPI compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in e-learning, 1+ year in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, instructional design (ADDIE/SAM), and multimedia tools.
  • Strong visual design, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and project tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday board).

Preferred

  • Degree in Instructional Design, EdTech, or related field.
  • Portfolio of past e-learning work.
