E-Commerce Specialist

Role:

As the Ecommerce Cataloguing Expert at Casagold Furniture and Decor, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing product listings, advertisements, campaigns, orders, and returns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. This role falls under the Sales & Business Development Department, and we are seeking a professional with prior experience in handling listings, advertising, account management, order processing, and reconciliation on various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecommerce Account Management: Create and manage product listings and advertisements on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tatacliq, and others to drive sales and achieve company goals.
• Order Management: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the inventory records and order fulfillment process.
• Paid Media Campaigns: Experience in running and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads, managing spends effectively.
• Customer Reviews and Complaints: Monitor and manage customer reviews and complaints related to product concerns and assortment, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Sales Analysis and Reporting: Maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across various e-commerce portals, analyze sales performance, and generate reports.
• Product Data Management: Manage individual and bulk listings, update product data, specifications, images, pricing, discounts, etc.
• Promotional Activities: Monitor and manage promotional activities across all marketplaces to boost visibility and sales.
• Inventory Management: Analyze aging stock and strategize liquidation on online platforms, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with online parties, prepare and share stock sheets, and follow up on payments.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in merchandising and category management, preferably in an Ecommerce and online Marketplace Management role, either at a brand side or with similar agencies.
• Proficient in managing and optimizing product listings, advertisements, and campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data management.
• Creative thinker with the ability to plan and execute strategies effectively.
• Display initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
