Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketplace operations, product listing optimization, performance advertising, and data analytics. This role is essential to driving online sales, increasing product visibility, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Marketplace Management

  • Oversee day-to-day activities on digital marketplace platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with platform-specific policies, SEO standards, and listing requirements.
  • Stay updated on marketplace algorithms and adapt strategies to enhance product discoverability.

2. Product Listing & Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and ranking.
  • Develop compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to create engaging product imagery and enhanced descriptions.
  • Optimize backend data fields and attributes for improved search relevance.

3. Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and display ad campaigns.
  • Monitor ad spend, analyze key performance indicators, and optimize for ROI.
  • Continuously test and refine audience targeting, keyword bidding, and campaign structures.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use e-commerce analytics tools and internal reports to assess campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Perform A/B testing on listings and promotions to improve conversion rates.
  • Deliver clear, concise reports on sales performance, traffic sources, and marketing impact.

5. Competitive Research & Customer Insights

  • Monitor competitor pricing, listings, and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with customer reviews to maintain strong brand reputation and trust.

6. Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with marketing, design, product, and logistics teams to align e-commerce initiatives.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing content updates.
  • Ensure smooth execution of cross-functional e-commerce strategies and timelines.

7. Language & Localization

  • Write and edit content in clear, fluent English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Adapt product messaging and visual content to resonate with various cultural markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing listings and campaigns on digital marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategy and platform ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Analytics Platforms, etc.
  • Strong Excel/data skills and ability to interpret complex metrics.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination abilities.
