About the Role

E-Commerce Sales Executive

You will play a key role in improving customer conversion, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. If you are someone who is enthusiastic, confident, and eager to grow in the e-commerce and automotive domain, this role is an excellent fit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat for product-related queries.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right automotive products based on their requirements.
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Follow up with potential leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage order updates, tracking requests, and basic service support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, availability, and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare simple reports or summaries on sales performance, lead conversions, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach in all interactions.


Key Requirements

  • Freshers can apply

    — experience in e-commerce or automotive parts sales is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills

    (both verbal and written) — must-have.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in speaking to customers from international markets.
  • Basic understanding of online shopping processes and customer journey.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple communication channels.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to new tools and systems.
  • Candidates must be residing in Ahmedabad.
