We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, works with speed, and keeps things moving without reminders. The role sits at the heart of our daily operations, covering order management, marketplace coordination, inventory flow, and warehouse oversight.

What this person will handle

Daily Order Operations

Punch and process orders across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Blinkit.

Ensure every order is packed, dispatched, and updated on time.

Follow up with couriers on delays, returns, and COD issues.

Amazon & Marketplace Handling

Create and book Amazon FBA shipments regularly.

Track FBA inventory, stranded units, pricing changes, and performance metrics.

Manage catalog uploads, listing hygiene, and content updates wherever needed.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms.

Coordinate with warehouse team for inward-outward movement of goods.

Run weekly and monthly stock audits.

Raise purchase requirements on time to avoid stock-outs.

Zoho Operations

Update inventory, GRN, and all product movements in Zoho.

Maintain clean records for accounting, dispatch, and audits.

Generate simple reports for sales, stock, and order flow.

Logistics & Vendor Coordination

Work with delivery partners like Shiprocket, Amazon logistics, and Blinkit ops.

Coordinate pickups and troubleshoot lost/damaged shipments.

Liaise with manufacturers for timely replenishment.

What we expect

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and basic operations.

Comfort with Zoho or any ERP tool.

Someone who loves clean data, timely work, and zero chaos.

Ability to multitask during peak order weeks.

A mindset of ownership, not waiting for instructions.

Nice to have

Experience with FMCG or D2C brands.

Knowledge of FSSAI basics and packaging requirements.

Comfort with Excel and basic reporting.
