Overview

Millimo is looking for a skilled, detail-driven, and creatively curious Videographer and Editor to help shape our performance marketing and social media content. If you enjoy building brands through strong visual storytelling, this role will be a natural fit.

The Role

You will be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality video content across reels, campaigns, ads, product demos and event coverage. You will work closely with the brand team to build a distinct and consistent Millimo visual language.

What You Will Work On

•⁠ ⁠Daily shoots using phone and camera, especially vertical formats for social media

•⁠ ⁠Fast, high-quality edits that support both brand and performance objectives

•⁠ ⁠On-ground event coverage with willingness to be present for full-day shoots

•⁠ ⁠Use of AI tools to generate or modify clips

•⁠ ⁠Choosing the right music, pacing and visual rhythm for each asset

•⁠ ⁠Sourcing visuals from Freepik, ImagesBazaar, Shutterstock, Envato and similar platforms

What You Bring

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in videography and editing

•⁠ ⁠Experience on both the agency and client sides is preferred

•⁠ ⁠Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of AI tools, including CapCut, Opus Clip, Descript, Otter, Leonardo or similar

•⁠ ⁠Strong aesthetic judgement, including framing, lighting, composition and movement

•⁠ ⁠Ability to shoot confidently with steady hand movements

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of motion graphics or eagerness to learn

Communication and Language Skills

•⁠ ⁠Good proficiency in English for writing clear prompts and instructions

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable in Hindi and English, understanding of Marathi is an advantage

Preferred Setup

•⁠ ⁠Edit-friendly laptop

•⁠ ⁠iPhone or equivalent for shoots

•⁠ ⁠Personal lights, mics or supporting gear if available
