Role Overview We are seeking an on-site Videographer & Video Editor Intern who can plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Operate cameras and capture high-quality footage Set up, adjust, and manage lighting for professional shoots Collaborate with the creative team to achieve desired visual style and narrative flow Edit videos for social media, reels, and various digital platforms Maintain high production standards and meet deadlines Assist with pre-production planning (shot lists, moodboards, references) What We're Looking For Strong understanding of video production and filming techniques Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras Proficiency in video editing tools, especially: Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing) Adobe After Effects (motion graphics/VFX) Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (optional bonus) CapCut / Canva (for quick social edits) Experience with lighting setup and manipulation Creative eye for framing, pacing, and visual storytelling Ability to work collaboratively and take direction Passion for short-form content, reels, and digital trends A portfolio or sample work demonstrating shooting and editing skills
