Sales Manager - General & Modern Trade

As a Sales Manager at MilliMo, a kids- and family-friendly snack brand dedicated to promoting healthy eating habits, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies targeted at driving revenue growth in both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. You will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the healthy snacking category by effectively managing relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include appointing, managing, and motivating distributors and sales teams to achieve monthly targets. You will be expected to negotiate listings, visibility, and promotions with modern trade chains, while also keeping a close eye on competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable insights for business growth. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in planning trade promotions, sampling activities, and in-store activations to enhance visibility and drive sales. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) along with 4-7 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in snacks, beverages, or packaged foods. A proven track record in both General Trade and Modern Trade is essential, coupled with strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Your ability to work independently, willingness to travel frequently, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment will be key to your success.
