We’re now looking for a driven Sales Manager to build and scale our presence across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue in General Trade (retailers, distributors, kirana stores) and Modern Trade (supermarkets, organized retail). Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and sales teams to achieve monthly targets. Negotiate listings, visibility, and promotions with modern trade chains. Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and channel stakeholders. Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights for business growth. Plan trade promotions, sampling, and in-store activations to boost visibility and sales. Monitor credit, collections, and ensure smooth distributor operations. Regular reporting of sales performance, coverage, and ROI to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 4–7 years of sales experience in FMCG (snacks, beverages, or packaged foods). Proven track record in both General Trade and Modern Trade. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
