Key Responsibilities: Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming materials, inspect for quality and quantity, and store them in their designated locations. Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and stock counts to maintain accurate records. Stock Organization: Restock shelves promptly and ensure all materials/products are well-organized and easily accessible. Stock Monitoring: Monitor daily stock levels and inform the Purchase Department immediately of any shortages. Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and the overall visual appeal of the store area. Rejected Material Reporting: Record and report all rejected or damaged materials to the Purchase Department on a daily basis. Production Support: Review the daily production plan and prepare the required material kits in advance for smooth production flow. System Updation: Update all Material In and Material Out entries in Tally ERP on a daily basis to ensure accurate tracking. Required Qualification & Skills 1. Educational Qualification: - Minimum: 12th/Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Material Management preferred) - Basic knowledge of Inventory Control and Store Operations. 2.
