About Us: Urbanite (SYB) is a Nashik-based manufacturer of backpacks, duffle trolley bags, ladies handbags, soft luggage, and rolling totes. We proudly produce for leading brands such as VIP Industries, Flipkart-owned Metronaut, Killer, Wrogn, Zouk, Artic Fox, Nasher Miles, and Caprese.

Location: Nashik (On-site shooting + remote editing)

Engagement: Freelance / Part-time

Work Requirement: 3–6 shooting days per month + regular editing assignments

Role Overview: Urbanite is looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Videographer & Editor who can capture high-quality content at our factories, product studios, product with model shoot and lifestyle shoots. You will help create reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and brand storytelling for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Videography

• Shoot factory operations: cutting, stitching, assembly, QC, packing, dispatch
• Capture product showcases: backpacks, duffle trolleys, soft luggage, handbags
• Shoot lifestyle content, flat lays, and model clips
• Record behind-the-scenes and founder-led content
• Maintain proper lighting, framing, and brand-aligned cinematography
• Suggest creative concepts and execute as per brief

2. Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
• Add transitions, text overlays, sound sync, color grading, and brand elements
• Deliver 10–20 edited videos per month
• Produce crisp, modern, fast-paced edits suited for D2C brands
• Maintain organized raw footage and project files

Deliverables

• 3–6 shoot days each month
• 10–20 edited videos (reels/product demos/BTS)
• 1–2 hero videos for new launches
• Raw footage handover after every shoot

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in product and lifestyle videography (preferably for D2C brands)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of social media trends and video pacing
• Ability to colour grade aesthetically
• Punctual, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines
• Must own a camera, a mic, and a basic lighting setup
