Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B, International, Tenders & E-commerce

About Us: At Urbanite, we’re building one of India’s most ambitious luggage and bags brands. Backed by our parent company SYB (established in 2020), we’ve already partnered with leading names such as VIP Industries, Flipkart-Myntra (Metronaut, Wrogn, Killer), Arctic Fox, Nasher Miles, and others.

With two manufacturing units in Nashik, Maharashtra, we produce over 50,000+ bags monthly and are among the very few CSD-certified manufacturers for the Indian Army Canteen Stores Department (CSD).

Urbanite is now expanding its own brand presence nationwide and internationally. We are looking for passionate people who want to grow with us and be part of our mission to redefine the luggage & bags industry.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Inspection:
Receive incoming materials, inspect for quality and quantity, and store them in their designated locations.

2. Inventory Control:
Conduct regular inventory checks and stock counts to maintain accurate records.

3. Stock Organization:
Restock shelves promptly and ensure all materials/products are well-organized and easily accessible.

4. Stock Monitoring:
Monitor daily stock levels and inform the Purchase Department immediately of any shortages.

5. Store Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and the overall visual appeal of the store area.

6. Rejected Material Reporting:
Record and report all rejected or damaged materials to the Purchase Department on a daily basis.

7. Production Support:
Review the daily production plan and prepare the required material kits in advance for smooth production flow.

8. System Updation:
Update all Material In and Material Out entries in Tally ERP on a daily basis to ensure accurate tracking.

Required Qualification & Skills

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: 12th/Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Material Management preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory Control and Store Operations.

2. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
  • Understanding of Material Inward & Outward documentation
  • Knowledge of basic accounting entries and stock reconciliation

3. Experience:

  • One to three years of experience in Store / Warehouse / Material Handling (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Experience in inventory management and coordination with Purchase & Production Departments

4. Key Competencies:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Integrity and accountability in handling company material
  • Ability to work independently and support production schedules

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
