Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee our online sales and presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing product listings, optimizing user experience, and driving digital growth across platforms such as our website, marketplaces, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow online revenue.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and related channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, Azio etc).
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behaviour to improve online performance.
  • Optimize portal and work with E-commerce team or platforms to implement improvements.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns , email marketing, and ads.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart , Meesho, Amazon).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ Years of Experience in e-commerce portal to handle seller account.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual merchandising.
  • Experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Azio, Myntra, Jiomart , etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
