Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations for all e-commerce platforms, including order processing, inventory management, packaging, and logistics coordination. Liaise with marketplace account managers to maintain healthy account performance and resolve operational issues quickly. Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and catalog management in coordination with the content and design teams. Coordinate with warehouse and stores department for timely dispatches, order tracking, and returns processing. Monitor key performance metrics such as sales trends, customer feedback, and order accuracy to drive improvements. Oversee onboarding and performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners and delivery timelines. Work with the customer service team to handle escalations, negative reviews, and refunds effectively. Track and maintain marketplace policies compliance (SLA, inventory, listing quality, etc.). Collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive traffic and optimize conversions. Identify gaps in inventory forecasting and implement reorder strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Manage e-commerce platform integrations with internal ERP/Inventory Management Software. Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to leadership.
