Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for planning and executing video shoots both in-house and on-location, including product demos, interviews, brand stories, events, etc. You will operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and sound equipment to ensure high-quality production. Additionally, you will edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to understand video requirements and creative briefs. Adding visual effects, text overlays, music, transitions, and sound to enhance storytelling will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, organizing and maintaining a video asset library for easy future reference and re-use and staying updated on video trends, storytelling formats, and editing techniques to ensure fresh and engaging content. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute video shoots in-house and on-location (product demos, interviews, brand stories, events, etc.) - Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and sound equipment to ensure high-quality production - Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools - Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to understand video requirements and creative briefs - Add visual effects, text overlays, music, transitions, and sound to enhance storytelling - Organize and maintain a video asset library for easy future reference and re-use - Stay updated on video trends, storytelling formats, and editing techniques to ensure fresh and engaging content Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in videography and video editing - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) - Hands-on experience with camera gear, lighting kits, and sound equipment - Strong understanding of composition, color grading, pacing, and transitions - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines - Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling Additional Details: If you are passionate about turning stories into visual experiences and have the eye and expertise to shoot and shape content, we'd love to see your portfolio.
