We’re on a mission to create engaging digital content that inspires students to learn and grow. 🎥 Role Overview: We are looking for a Creative Video Content Producer who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media, YouTube, and podcasts. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end content creation — from idea to execution — showcasing student success stories, institute culture, and trending educational content. ✨ Key Responsibilities Plan and shoot testimonial videos of students and trainers. Host and record podcast sessions with students/instructors. Research trending video ideas on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to implement fresh concepts. Write short scripts and create storyboards for video shoots. Capture high-quality video and audio using camera or smartphone setups. Edit videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools for reels, shorts, and long-form content. Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with brand strategy. Stay up-to-date with new trends in education-based video marketing. 🎯 Desired Skills Strong creative mindset and storytelling ability. Hands-on experience with video shooting (camera/DSLR/smartphone). Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Basic understanding of lighting, sound, and framing. Ability to manage projects independently and deliver on deadlines. Bonus: Experience with podcasts, reels, or influencer-style content. 📈 Experience Required: 1–3 years of experience in video content creation or production.
