• Marketplace Operations:

  Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and other marketplace platforms.

• Storefront Management:

  Create and maintain the brand Storefront as per Amazons guidelines, ensuring consistent branding and content quality.

• Listing Optimization:

  Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, high-quality images, A+ content, and accurate specifications to improve search visibility and conversions.

• Shipment Management:

  Create FBA/FBF shipments and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory dispatch and timely replenishment.

• Sales & Performance Tracking:

  Monitor and analyze daily sales, traffic, and operational reports via Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards.
• Plan and execute Coupons as per requirement.

• Pricing & Promotion:

  Regularly update product pricing and offers to remain competitive while optimizing profitability.

• Compliance & Quality:

  Ensure all listings meet marketplace compliance standards and brand guidelines.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Educational Qualifications Graduate in any field
• Experience - 2 - 5 years in E- commerce operations.
• Knowledge of online portal like Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce will be added advantage marketplaces.
• Knowledge of platform-specific tools and dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) & Learning attitude.
• Excel is preferred - Pivot charts, V- Lookup
