Job Description

Role Purpose

To plan, execute and grow Colombian Brew Coffees presence and sales on quick commerce / E-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc). Drive revenue, margin, operations & platform relationships while ensuring great customer experience, minimal wastage, good inventory & execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Define quarterly/annual growth targets (GMV, revenue, margin) for quick commerce businesses.
  • Devise and execute sales strategies: assortment expansion, promotions, pricing, inapp marketing.
  • Monitor trends in quick commerce / e-commerce(consumer demand, platform policies, delivery expectations) to adapt strategy.

Platform / Account Management

  • Own relationship with category/platform managers on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart etc.
  • Negotiate terms, commissions, visibility & promotional slots.
  • Ensure listing compliance, content & imagery are optimized.

Inventory & Operations

  • Work with supply chain / warehouse / darkstore teams to ensure SKU availability and fast replenishment.
  • Minimise outofstock, overstock, expiry / wastage of perishable SKUs.
  • Monitor order fulfilment, delivery SLAs & customer complaints.

Financials & P&L

  • Own margin metrics for quick commerce/e-commerce: cost of goods, trade promos, logistics / delivery costs.
  • Control discounting / special offers so that sales growth is profitable.
  • Forecast sales, monitor variances, report periodically.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute platformspecific promotions, deals, flashsales
  • Collaborate with marketing / digital teams for visibility and campaign execution.
  • Use platform ad tools; monitor ad spend vs return.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track sales, conversion rates, repeat order rates, customer ratings, returns.
  • Root cause analysis of dips in performance & take corrective actions.
  • Prepare dashboards / MIS for senior leadership.

Customer Experience

  • Monitor feedback & ratings; work with customer service to resolve issues.
  • Ensure packaging, shelflife, product display & promise on platforms are maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • 58 years of experience in FMCG / food & beverage quick commerce / ecommerce roles; demonstrable track record of hitting sales & margin targets
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, excel, P&L metrics
  • Good negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of operations and logistics constraints in quick commerce/e-commerce (short delivery times, dark store stocking etc.)
  • Good communication & team coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives within the FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail strategies.
  • Multilingual abilities to manage diverse markets and teams.
