Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor website performance and identify issues using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.

Troubleshoot platform errors and support internal teams (CRM, Operations, Logistics).

Ensure uptime and proper functioning of third-party integrations (OMS, PG, logistics).

Coordinate with IT/developers for advanced technical resolutions.

Analyze platform performance trends and propose improvements.

Maintain alignment of documentation and share regular updates with internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

3 - 6 years of experience in e-commerce platform support or a similar technical role.

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, E-commerce, or related fields (Diploma in web technologies is a plus).

Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Wix, or other platforms.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.

Experience using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Jira/Zoho Desk, and basic understanding of PG/OMS/logistics systems.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
