About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget ad campaigns (1 Cr+ per month) across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and delivering best-in-class performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising Strategy & Planning

• Develop data-driven marketplace advertising strategies for beauty & apparel brands.
• Build and execute campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
  

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Monitor campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Use platform tools and analytics to refine targeting, bidding & creatives.
  

Budget Management

• Manage and allocate

  monthly ad budgets of 1 Cr+

  efficiently.
• Collaborate with finance & marketing teams to ensure budget alignment.
  

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare detailed campaign performance reports using

  advanced Excel

  .
• Build decks and present insights + recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on platform changes, market trends & competitor strategies.
• Apply insights to improve campaign efficiency and innovation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years agency-side experience

  in marketplace advertising for beauty/apparel brands.
• Proven expertise handling

  1 Cr+ monthly ad spends

  .
• Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho & Quick Commerce ads.

• Advanced Excel skills

  for analysis & reporting.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  
• Experience creating

  SKU-level media plans

  and executing campaigns end-to-end.
• International marketplace experience is a plus.
