As a Platform and Domain Champion (expert in one or more CRM / Marketing Automation platforms you will craft and implement personalized journeys that maximize ROI and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. CRM Platform & Domain Expertise Act as the subject matter expert for CRM and automation platforms, ensuring best-in-class execution for D2C growth. Stay abreast of platform capabilities, innovations, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign strategy and automation logic.
