Platform and Domain Champion

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Platform & Domain Expertise

  • Act as the subject matter expert for CRM and automation platforms, ensuring best-in-class execution for D2C growth.
  • Stay abreast of

    platform capabilities, innovations, and industry trends

    to continuously improve campaign strategy and automation logic.
  • Support internal teams (Campaign Managers / Executives) and collaborate cross-functionally to implement lifecycle marketing programs.

2. D2C CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Develop

    customer lifecycle and retention strategies

    that increase repeat purchase rates and customer LTV.
  • Plan and execute

    personalized, automated campaigns

    (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) tailored to the D2C audience.
  • Leverage segmentation and data analytics to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing, journey optimization, and funnel analysis.

3. Revenue Retention & Client / Business Success

  • Build long-term CRM frameworks that ensure consistent

    customer engagement and revenue growth

  • Translate business objectives into actionable CRM initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with performance, brand, and product teams to ensure CRM strategies align with larger business goals.

4. Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Campaign Managers and Data teams to ensure seamless, error-free campaign execution within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies and improved ROI.
  • Establish efficient CRM processes, automation workflows, and documentation to support scalability.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    4+ years of experience

    in

    CRM / Marketing Automation

    for a

    D2C or eCommerce platform

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more CRM/Marketing Automation tools GA4
  • Strong understanding of

    customer lifecycle marketing

    , retention strategies, and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into measurable CRM actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional leadership ability.
