Monitor compliance with company SOPs, safety norms, and quality parameters at the field level. Train and guide field staff and technicians on quality expectations and procedures. Prepare quality audit checklists and conduct periodic inspections of field activities. Document quality checks and maintain accurate records of findings and actions taken. Escalate serious quality breaches and suggest improvements to processes or materials. Should be able to handle the factory workers and their productivity. Quality Check and Quality inspection knowledge for Home Appliances Desired Candidate Qualifications & Skills Required: Educational Qualifications - BE / B-Tech Electrical or Electronics Experience - 5-10 years in Home Appliances Industry with Field Supervisor Experience Preferred candidate should has worked in Home Appliances Industry. Factory Worker handling Experience Computer skills Basic Excel Skills. Must have strong follow up skills and management skills.
