Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible to check all Raw Material, Chemical and Packing Material received are tested and released as per the SOP.
Responsible to check all the production process and perform the IPQC checks and Line clearance respectively.
To check the finished product analysis and make reports as per requirements.
To check and review the batch records and reconciliation as per the procedure.
Responsible for identifying the process non-conformity and reporting in time.
Responsible for preparing the standard solutions and making labelling effectively.
To check and perform the finished product outwards and report the same.
To check and ensure the cleanness of the production floor and area.
To Assist the superior in preparation of Various reports.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining batch wise FG COAs
To assist the superior in preparation of various reports.

Monitor and manage laboratory chemicals reagents and consumable stocks.

Preferred candidate profile

0-2 years of experience in quality control laboratory of medical device/Chemical/ Pharmaceutical industry.

Good knowledge of Chemical procurement and maintenance of SDS

Basics computer knowledge with Microsoft word, excel and SAP
