Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive Manager to manage and scale our online business operations across major marketplaces. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of online marketplaces, seller portals, catalog management, order processing, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and the company’s website.
  • Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing strategies, descriptions, keywords, and image uploads in line with platform guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock updates, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing of orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and discount strategies to enhance visibility and increase sales.
  • Analyze sales data, marketplace performance reports, and customer insights to recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for seamless order management.
  • Handle customer feedback, ratings, and reviews, ensuring positive brand reputation and compliance with platform policies.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams for SEO/SEM optimization to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations management across multiple marketplaces.
  • Strong expertise in backend seller tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG or Consumer Goods sector is a strong advantage.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month.
  • Performance-based bonus and yearly bonus.
