Shopify & Online Marketplace Management , Job Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong Shopify skills can also apply)Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy eCommerce Executive to manage our Shopify website and other online sales platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product uploads, order processing, inventory management, promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:Manage and update Shopify website: products, banners, collections, pricing, and promotions. Ensure smooth operation of the entire order cycle – order processing, shipping, tracking, and returns. Monitor and manage listings on other eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho). Collaborate with the marketing team for product promotions and campaigns. Handle day-to-day queries related to orders, payments, and delivery issues. Analyze website and marketplace performance and suggest improvements. Maintain up-to-date product inventory across all sales channels. Conduct regular checks to ensure the website is functioning correctly and remains visually appealing. Create discount codes, manage payment gateways, and troubleshoot technical issues (basic). Requirements:Proven experience with Shopify CMS – including themes, product management, and apps. Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory). Good understanding of eCommerce operations and logistics. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or email marketing platforms. Knowledge of SEO, product tagging, and digital marketing campaigns is a plus. Compensation:Based on experience and skills.
