Job Summary

Digitek is seeking an experienced E-Commerce / Quick Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business across

  leading e-commerce platforms

  and

  quick commerce platforms

  .
• Identify new market opportunities, digital channels and partnerships to expand reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform partners.
• Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Oversee day to day operations of the E-commerce platforms & marketplaces.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
• Ensure smooth inventory planning, order fulfillment, and supply chain coordination.
• Oversee product listings, pricing descriptions, content optimization, and brand visibility on platforms.
• Drive digital marketing tie-ups with e-commerce partners to enhance brand presence.
• Monitor ROI and prepare regular reports on sales performance and profitability.
• Co-ordinate with Digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, AMS, Social Media and paid campaigns
• Monitor use of relevant software to manage inventory, sales and reconciliation of business on marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, tax policies and data protection laws.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate/MBA preferred.

• Experience:

  4–9 years in

  E-Commerce / Quick Commerce sales & operations

• Proven track record of handling online marketplaces and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, pricing strategies, and platform dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
