What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive the overall e-commerce strategy for the brand across D2C website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, CRED), and quick-commerce platforms, ensuring consistent growth and strong brand presence.
  • Lead the P&L for all e-commerce channels, setting performance goals, managing budgets, and optimizing for revenue, margin, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Build and execute advanced merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored for D2C audiences, improving conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive operational excellence by overseeing inventory planning, supply chain coordination, order fulfillment SLAs, and returns management to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, creative, and product teams to roll out integrated campaigns, new product launches, and funnel optimization strategies for the website and marketplaces.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, sales trends, and competition to identify new growth opportunities, performance gaps, and actionable insights to scale D2C revenue.
  • Develop and refine SOPs and workflows across cataloging, listing, pricing, promotions, and customer experience to build a scalable e-commerce engine.
  • Drive website performance improvements by working with tech teams on UX, speed, product pages, checkout flows, and CRO experiments.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer experience by proactively resolving escalations, improving NPS/CSAT, and enhancing post- purchase communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an internal team or external partners/agencies to deliver consistent performance across all e- commerce functions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, digital sales, or online marketplace management, ideally within a D2C or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of D2C growth levers website funnels, CRO, retention strategies, subscriptions, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and quick-commerce ecosystems.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategy and measurable actions.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience optimizing inventory flow, supply chain partnerships, and order management systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; able to influence business decisions and drive alignment.
  • Experience leading teams, managing agencies, and building processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
