Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and our e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities : Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms. Ensure that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and affiliate marketing to reach potential customers. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates. Continuously strive to enhance the online shopping experience for customers. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to address concerns and enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues. Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing principles, and online consumer behavior. Proficiency in excel tools Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
