E-Commerce Associate

Job Title: E-Commerce Associate (Fresher can apply)

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our growing business. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily management and operation of our e-commerce platforms and help ensure smooth online customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in listing products on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Alibaba, etc.) and company website.

• Maintain product content accuracy: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for order tracking and fulfilment.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.

• Support in executing promotional campaigns and deals across platforms.

• Handle basic customer queries and feedback via email or platform dashboards.

• Analyze daily sales, return, and inventory reports.

• Assist in competitor research and pricing analysis.

• Learn and work with basic tools like Excel, Canva, or e-commerce CMS.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Internship or academic project in e-commerce or digital marketing.

• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
