Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily orders on the e-commerce platform.
Generate invoices, verify payments, and ensure accurate customer/order details.
Coordinate with the warehouse for timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Arrange shipments with courier partners and update tracking details.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and inquiries.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and refunds as per company policy.
Follow up on deliveries and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Conduct competitor pricing research and suggest pricing strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on order performance, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
