E-Commerce Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced E-commerce Account Manager who can take full ownership of managing our brand presence across various marketplaces including Amazon.com, Amazon.in, Shopify, Etsy, and eBay. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in cataloguing, listings, inventory, order processing, performance monitoring, and driving sales growth, while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Marketplace Accounts: End-to-end handling of accounts on Amazon (US & India), Etsy, eBay, and Shopify.

Product Listings & Cataloguing: Create, update, and optimize listings with clear descriptions, SEO keywords, high-quality images, and attributes as per platform norms.

Inventory & Order Management: Ensure stock levels are accurate and orders are processed smoothly across all platforms.

Campaigns & Promotions: Set up and manage deals, discounts, and sponsored ads on Amazon, Etsy & eBay to increase visibility and sales.

Account Health Monitoring: Regularly track and resolve any issues related to account health, policy violations, reviews, or customer feedback.

Reports & Analytics: Generate sales, traffic, and performance reports to track growth and suggest improvements.

Coordination: Collaborate with design, warehouse, customer support, and marketing teams to maintain a smooth e-commerce workflow.

Customer Support: Handle buyer queries or escalations if needed, ensuring excellent service across platforms.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing e-commerce accounts across Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platform policies, SEO, cataloguing and marketplace tools.

Hands-on experience with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller Dashboard, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify backend.

Self-starter with strong ownership and multi-tasking ability.

Proficiency in MS Excel, basic photo editing, and Communication.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

Knowledge of tools for keyword research and listing optimization.

Basic knowledge of international shipping or logistics is a plus.

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
