Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, improving customer experience, and managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical ability, and hands-on experience in marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Optimize product visibility through SEO, keyword research, and marketplace algorithms.
• Track and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve KPIs.
• Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and liaise with logistics partners for smooth fulfillment.
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotions, discounts, and paid advertising campaigns to boost sales.
• Ensure superior customer experience by monitoring feedback, managing reviews, and resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align online strategies with company objectives.
• Research and implement emerging e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies to stay ahead.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management and/or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and SEO optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a growth-driven mindset.
