We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage our company's seller accounts on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Snapdeal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our marketplace operations, from product listing and inventory management to order processing and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: Handle the day-to-day operations of our seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and Snapdeal. Product Listing & Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to improve visibility and conversion rates. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across all platforms to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory. Reconcile inventory records and ensure accuracy. Order Processing: Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to coordinating with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and ensuring smooth delivery. Sales & Promotion: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements on various marketplaces to drive sales and achieve targets. Customer Service: Address customer queries, feedback, and reviews in a professional and timely manner to maintain a high seller rating. Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, returns, and account health. Prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Stay updated with the policies and guidelines of all marketplaces to ensure our accounts remain in good standing. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven work experience of at least [e.g., 1-2 years] in managing e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with various seller panels is a must. Stock Management: Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices. MS Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel (especially VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills. Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce management software or ERP systems.
