Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire e-commerce business (D2C site + marketplace platforms)
- Lead supply-driven growth and operational expansion across Pan India
- Drive digital performance through SEO, SEM, paid ads, and campaign optimization
- Drive sales and customer engagement across the company’s website, app, and partner marketplaces
- Handle product listing, inventory, pricing, and fulfilment across online channels
- Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams (catalogue, marketing, operations, support)
- Manage and grow party and bulk order channels for B2C clients
- Ensure process automation, data-driven decision-making, and regular business reviews
- Identify emerging digital trends, new channels, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital sales channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and digital marketing capabilities
- Hands-on with Shopify, Seller Central, Excel/SQL, and customer platforms
- Proven experience in scaling operations and managing online revenue streams
