Location: Chennai (Preferred) | Work involves managing multi-city teams across India Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Online Sales Leader to drive digital sales of Shero’s home-cooked meals and food products across our own Website and Mobile App. This role requires a proactive strategist who can manage end-to-end business development, build city-wise online sales funnels, and lead city-based sales teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. Key Responsibilities1. Online Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute a pan-India online sales strategy for Shero’s Website and App. - Own the full sales funnel: lead generation, conversion, order growth, repeat purchase, and retention. - Design and execute campaigns, offers, and partnership activations to boost website & app traction. 2. Team Leadership & Expansion - Recruit, train, and manage a multi-city sales team, focused on local user acquisition and digital sales support. - Set weekly/monthly KPIs for each city team and ensure rigorous tracking. 3. Lead Generation & Conversion - Drive targeted online lead generation campaigns via digital channels, offline activation, WhatsApp, referrals, and micro-influencers. - Coordinate with marketing & product teams for high-converting landing pages and funnels. 4. Revenue & Performance Management - Deliver on revenue targets across cities and categories (curries, sides, sweets, snacks, pickles, etc.). - Monitor user behavior, identify gaps, and optimize the customer journey across digital platforms. 5. CRM & Retention - Implement and oversee CRM tools for repeat purchase behavior, WhatsApp automation, and reactivation campaigns. - Collaborate with tech/product to improve order experience and loyalty-building features. Key Requirements - 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce, food tech, D2C, or Q-commerce sales - Proven track record in online sales, with strong digital funnel understanding - Prior experience in managing remote city-wise sales teams - Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, CRM, and lead tracking tools - Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language preferred - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Key KPIs - Weekly & Monthly Website/App Order Volume - Repeat Customer Rate - CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) - Conversion Rate from Leads - AOV (Average Order Value) Growth - Monthly Revenue from Direct Digital Channels - City-wise Team Performance Metrics Reporting To Chief Business Officer / CEO Show more Show less
