E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Drive sales performance through SEO, paid ads, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment in coordination with operations.
• Plan and execute campaigns, discounts, and festive offers to maximize sales.
• Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and trends to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure product visibility and brand consistency.
• Handle vendor/marketplace relationships and resolve platform-related issues.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
