E-Commerce Manager

Role Overview: As the Manager E-Commerce in the Brand Building department of the Beauty & Personal Care and Kids Utilities industry, you will play a crucial role in leading business development activities, managing CRM efforts, overseeing offline brand presence, and engaging with the market. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for implementing strategies set by the MD to drive growth in the company. Key Responsibilities: - Execute business expansion activities as per directives. - Supervise partner onboarding and market activations. - Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs. - Gather competitor intelligence, market trends, and consumer feedback. - Provide comprehensive reports and actionable insights to the MD. - Oversee the implementation of CRM programs to improve client retention and loyalty. - Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with key accounts. - Coordinate offline branding activities and events. - Ensure correct placement and visibility of marketing materials following guidelines. Qualification Required: - Thorough understanding of beauty & personal care and/or kids utility products. - Ability to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and positioning to clients and partners. - Proficient in China import/export practices, documentation, and coordination. - Experience in vendor interaction and follow-up. Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. The work location is in person.,
