E-Commerce Manager

You will be joining the team as an E-commerce Manager, responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce process to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers and optimize operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing end-to-end order processing, from placement to delivery - Monitoring and managing the order pipeline for timely and accurate delivery - Addressing and resolving order discrepancies and returns - Confirming Cash on Delivery (COD) orders through proactive communication - Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism - Implementing strategies to improve customer service and resolve issues promptly - Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of e-commerce professionals - Providing training and support to enhance team skills and performance - Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing improvement plans - Analyzing e-commerce processes for improvement opportunities - Implementing best practices and innovative solutions for order management and customer service - Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) - Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management Qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify) - Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
