Job Description

Position: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Abs plaza 3rd floor
Experience: 2–4 years in E-commerce Management (Myntra panel expertise required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing & Content Management
  • Manage end-to-end product listings on Myntra Seller Panel.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, attributes, and SEO optimization for higher visibility.
  • Pricing & Discount Management
  • Plan and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Manage discount campaigns to improve conversions while maintaining profitability.
  • Advertisement & Promotion (Myntra Ads Manager)
  • Create and optimize Myntra ad campaigns (CPC, sponsored ads, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Order & Inventory Management
  • Oversee daily order processing, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Payment Reconciliation & Commission Handling
  • Track Myntra payments, commission charges, returns, and deductions.
  • Reconcile payments and resolve disputes with the platform.
  • Sales Growth & Brand Development
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost brand sales and market presence on Myntra.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Myntra CTA Optimization
  • Utilize Call-to-Action (CTA) placements effectively to increase conversions.
  • Stay updated with Myntra algorithms, policies, and commission structures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in handling Myntra Seller Panel (must-have).
  • Strong knowledge of product listing, discount, pricing, and Myntra Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise in order management, stock handling, and warehouse coordination.
  • Experience in payment reconciliation and commission analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and work on continuous sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
