E-Commerce Marketplace Executive

Due to our rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment with great potential for career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Google Shopping
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all platforms to ensure sales growth
• Assist in the development and execution of marketplace promotions and marketing campaigns
• Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to edit product images and ensure all listings meet brand and platform guidelines
• Coordinate with suppliers and the UK office to maintain stock levels and update product availability
• Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and marketplace policy changes

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping)
• Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
• Ability to analyse data and implement improvements based on insights
