Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our seller accounts on leading online marketplaces including Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations including product listing, inventory and order management, ad campaigns, discount planning, payment reconciliation, and performance optimization (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Catalog Management
• Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio.
• Coordinate with content teams for product descriptions, images, and friendly titles.
• Discount & Promotion Management
• Plan and manage platform-specific offers, discounts, and sale events.
• Coordinate with marketplace category teams to participate in campaigns.
• Advertisement & ROI Management
• Manage and optimize ads (sponsored listings, display ads, etc.) to drive sales.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and ensure a positive Return on Investment (ROI).
• Inventory & Order Management
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across platforms.
• Track and coordinate order processing, returns, and fulfillment logistics.
• Payment & Reconciliation
• Track and reconcile payments received from marketplaces.
• Handle deductions, penalties, and disputes with marketplace account managers.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Regularly analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data.
• Generate reports to identify growth opportunities and address operational issues.
• Marketplace Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with account managers at Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio.
• Stay updated on latest marketplace policies, tools, and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.
• Experience with Excel, analytics tools, and seller dashboards of respective platforms.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume listings and campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in fashion/lifestyle product categories is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
