As we expand, we’re looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Achievement Execute data-driven strategies across listings, ads, and stock planning to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. Listing Management Create, optimize, and upload product listings with accurate browse nodes, SEO-rich content, and updated pricing. Inventory & FBA Coordination Plan and manage FBA shipments, coordinate with warehouses, and ensure timely dispatch with correct labeling. Performance Monitoring Track ASIN-level metrics like sessions, conversions, BSR, Buy Box %, etc., and generate weekly performance reports. Sales & Campaign Analysis Analyze sales trends, return rates, and ad spends; identify high-performing SKUs and areas of improvement. Customer Experience Handling Manage customer queries, reviews, and returns to maintain a positive brand reputation and high satisfaction rates. Reimbursements & Claims File reimbursement claims, maintain detailed logs, and follow up to ensure financial accuracy and recoveries. Key Skills Required: Proficient in Amazon Seller Central Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce listings Knowledge of FBA operations & inventory planning Data-driven mindset with Excel & reporting skills Good communication and customer handling skills Familiarity with performance tools like Helium10, Keepa, etc. (preferred)
